Mary Lela had contacted me expressing how much she HATED being in front of the camera. I can certainly relate, at times anxiety and insecurities can show up when a camera is pointed at me. Fortunately, during Mary Lela's wedding, she was an absolute gem and a huge part of her comfortability was her then fiance. Derrick had a way to make Mary Lela forget the stresses of having her picture taken and was able to just focus on the fun of their wedding and their relationship. They've taught me a huge part of a loving relationship is to be able to keep your minds off the stresses and anxieties life can throw at you and to just focus on the joys of a beautiful marriage.
