What’s your photography style?
Candid, honest, and full of soul. I shoot what’s real, not stiff poses or fake smiles. Expect raw emotion, bad dance moves, meaningful glances, and moments you didn’t even see happen.
How many photos will we get?
I typically deliver about 50 edited images per hour of coverage. Every wedding is different, but I’ll never hold back anything that tells your story.
How do the portraits work with your photography style?
Although I blend in to capture the candid moments, I will pose and guide through all the portraits. My goal is to create mantle worthy portraits quickly and efficiently so that everyone can get to the party as soon as possible.
When will we get our photos?
1-2 months, tops. I go through every image with care - no mass edits, no shortcuts.
Do you travel?
Do you work with a second shooter?
Absolutely! Whether it’s a backyard in your hometown or a cliffside in Iceland, I’m in. Travel fees apply for anything outside the DMV area, and I keep them as reasonable as possible.
Typically not but yes when needed. And one is needed for larger weddings (>150 guests), when you would like both bride and groom getting ready photos, or when you would like extensive cocktail hour photos.
Do you offer albums or prints?
Yes! You can order high-quality prints directly through your gallery. Album designs can be requested once you see your photos. No pressure but trust me, holding your photos in your hands hits different.
What’s your cancellation/reschedule policy?
Life happens. If you need to reschedule, I’ll do my best to accommodate. The retainer is non-refundable, but it can be transferred to a new date depending on availability.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, fully insured. If your venue needs a COI, just let me know.
What if you get sick or can’t make it?
I’ve never missed a wedding, but if something truly catastrophic happens, I have a network of trusted pros I can call to step in. If you do not like any of my recommendations and have someone else you prefer, I will pay/refund the difference. If there's absolutely no one else you prefer, you will receive a full refund.
